Heel tevreden!
De bestelling werd netjes en snel (ongeveer 2,5 week na de bestelling) geleverd. Het was een groot pakket en een hele puzzel om te sorteren, maar het was wel te doen.
Helaas ontbraken er 2 plankjes, maar dit heb ik zelf kunnen oplossen met een eigen geïmpregneerde lat.
De handleiding was vrij duidelijk en goed te volgen.
Wat ik wel jammer vond bij de montage, was dat de doeken zelf nog geknipt moesten worden. Er zat enkel een boekje bij met de afmetingen, waardoor je zelf de tekening moest maken op het zeil en vervolgens moest knippen.
De communicatie verliep goed en was duidelijk.
Bij ontvangst van de communicatie zag ik dat de prijs gedaald was op de website, waardoor ik eigenlijk te veel betaald had. Na een vriendelijke chat werd het te veel betaalde bedrag overgemaakt op mijn rekening.
Ik raad Fatmoose dus zeker aan!

Großes Familienprojekt für einen großen Garten
Die Lieferung wurde eingehalten wie in der Bestellung angegeben. Die Anleitung für den Aufbau ist mit der Anleitung gut umzusetzen, aber auch von uns den Tipp, nehmt euch ein paar Tage Zeit, je nach der Größe eures Projekts.
Wünschenswert wäre noch ein Plan für die Fundamente.
Ansonsten haben unsere Kinder sehr viel Spaß mit den Spielturmen. Wir haben uns auch für das Funny Forest XXL mit TowerSwing entschieden und freuen uns sehr, dass es so gut ankommt :)

Durable wood It is important to us that our playground equipment is durable and stable, which is why we use impregnated pine and spruce wood. We recommend pre-drilling some wooden elements, as wood (being a natural product) can change in volume due to moisture or drying.
Tarpaulin design Playground equipment is available from fatmoose in many different designs, both with and without a tarpaulin. If the playground equipment is supplied with a tarpaulin, this comes in one piece and can be customised and cut to size. Do you like our pictures?
